Though this is HELLA cute and went with the aesthetic of my daughter's room at time, getting it together was a lot harder than I thought! I guess it is done the way it is to ensure it stays but haaa, that didn't work either, it only lasted a few weeks in her room! smh

We have an awkward sized/shaped living room (with cats) so the opportunity to find a lamp to provide light for the dark corners of the space and not be a cat toy was challenging. This provided exactly what we needed without spending $$$. The dimming feature is great...
