At Veenwe, most lighting fixtures are made-to-order to ensure careful finishing and secure packaging. Please review the estimated timeline below before placing an order.
1. Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days)
*The order delivery time= Order Processing Time + Transit Time
It is recommended that you calculate the arrival time and purchase in advance.
Our delivery timeline has two stages:
• Production Time: 20–30 business days
• Shipping (Transit) Time: 20–30 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 40–60 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Please note that our order processing includes the production phase. Our daily cutoff time is 17:00 (5:00 PM). Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for processing and production starting from the next business day.

2. Free Shipping
• Free shipping on all orders.
• No additional duties, taxes, or customs fees will be charged to you at delivery.
3. Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after carrier pickup.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (street, unit number, postal code, and phone number if required).
Veenwe is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the outer carton, shipping label, and the item/parts
We will assist with replacement parts, a replacement shipment, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
