We have tall ceilings and had to hire electricians to come and install this piece, but they mentioned it was well built, very easy to install and easy to adjust the light lengths. We used this piece over our entryway. The quality is outstanding, and it brings a sophisticated touch to the room. I'm so pleased with how it complements the decor.
