60-Day Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this 60-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Return Scenarios & Responsibility
• Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours. In these cases, Veenwe will cover all return shipping costs.
• Non-Quality Returns: If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart (e.g., "no longer needed" or "style preference"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
How to Request a Return
1. You must first send an email to info@veenwe.com to initiate the process.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
3. Once the brand confirms and approves your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return address. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Refund Timeline & Method
• Refund Path: All refunds are processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
• Processing Time: Once the brand confirms the refund approval or the returned item is inspected, the funds will be issued within 7 business days.
