This chandelier was a good find for our entry way. However, putting this thing together requires IKEA furniture assembly experience, a lot of patience and some curse words at the ready. It comes completely disassembled and does require some basic electrical knowledge. If you have never changed a plug or installed a ceiling fan, dont bother purchasing. If you are, however, DIY experienced, this is a good value for the money. Something else to note, the screws supplied to mount to the ceiling bracket didnt come close to being long enough, so be ready to make a quick trip to the home improvement store! In all, I am satisfied with the fixture and it looks a lot better than the builder basic piece that was up before. The quality is outstanding, and it brings a sophisticated touch to the room. I'm so pleased with how it complements the decor. I also appreciate the easy installation process.
