PALECEK is not responsible for damage or injury from misuse or the result of the installation of our products. Damage due to freight, handling, abuse, or acts of nature are not covered. We caution the consumer against improper cleaning, abuse or negligence, exposure to sunlight or extreme heat as these can cause damage to PALECEK products and are not covered by this warranty. Please contact PALECEK Customer Service for cleaning and care instructions. This warranty does not cover floor samples or pieces sold “as is” at the time of purchase. All warranty action must be presented to the authorized PALECEK dealer of original purchase, along with the dated proof of purchase and delivery receipt. This warranty is non-transferable.
