I have bought many lamps over the years, but these are the best ever. The box they come in is very compact, and at first, I thought they were tiny. But, the lamps themselves are regular size and very well constructed. I put both together (one minute for each), plugged them into a socket, and they are just PERFECT! We wanted these type lamps for our bedroom. The low, medium, and high have perfect lighting settings. Just touch once for low, again for medium, then again for high (great to read by). Then, touch again, for off. The quality is excellent. They have chrome bases and lamp poles. I can't say enough about how much we like these lamps, except, I will be ordering two more! The quality is outstanding, and it brings a sophisticated touch to the room. I'm so pleased with how it complements the decor. I also appreciate the easy installation process.
